This afternoon I opened a letter from the EA and was surprised to find a licence plate inside, as Angelika has had one since January. I thought: Something wrong with the original? A re-issue because I've just renewed her BSS?... and then I realised the licence was not for Angelika, but for a boat I sold 12 (twelve) years ago, with appropriate notification etc at the time.
A moment later, I noticed that the address on the licence and the letter was an address I left 14 (fourteen) years ago. (Letter forwarded by hand - not far away and the present occupant knows me).
