Dynastart and the Volvo MD6A

I have a 1973 Volvo Penta MD6A with a dynastart, i have also got 2 alternators that came with the boat. However the bracket that attaches the alternators to the engine has been discontinued and nobody has the measurements or a mold of it.

Does anyone out there have this bracket that i would be able to take to a metal man and have one made up.

PS: What are your thoughts on dynastart's engine currently got one and just had it recoiled.

PPS: Are there any good threads about boat batteries and battery chargers. Thoughts greatfully recieved.

I wanted to change over to starter/alternator from dynastart on my Md2b. Won an almost complete engine with the bits that I needed on ebay for 99p.
I would keep my eyes on ebay.
Not sure about the Md6a, but I also needed the flywheel which has built in teeth for the starter.
