[ QUOTE ]

Well I'm not changing my plans again, The Dutch will not be getting any of my hard earned this year now!

[/ QUOTE ]Well said, They (the Cloggies) could change their mind again just as fast. Perhaps if ALL UK registered boats avoided the Netherlands / Dutch waters the cloggies might take notice.

Yes unfortunately it is a bit late in the year to say "welcome back" as plans have been made based on their original position on the matter - so no Edam this year im afraid - however will have to get in quyick next year to avoid the charge then /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

But if you:-
1. legally fill up in October 2008 - you can get fined in Holland?
2. Have any taxces of red in your tank from the boats history be fined in Holland?
3. Are a charter boat on some days and so used red then - get fined in Holland?

Bascially anyone who has had red in their tanks - that is all of us IMHO may risk being fined in holland even after 2008. Mind you many boats here in the UK will have red in some proportion within their tanks for many years to come 0- the problems the govenrmant itself highlighted have not been solved just ignored.
