I'm at the point now where I'm getting ready to have a survey on a dufour 35 (1978 not the 'classic' newer model).
does anyone on the forum have experience with these boats and if so how did you rate them?
it's been reengined with a beta 35, pretty original apart from that. apart from spongy decks and osmosis, is there anything I should especially look out for?
the hull had a high moisture content at last survey but no blisters. the deck has been epoxy injected but I'm going to kiwigrip over those areas for cosmetic reasons.
what will be the ideal way to prepare the already textured areas for kiwigrip?
many thanks
Grant
