Hello I'm thinking of buying a Dufour 32 classic as a Bluewater sailboat. I'm planning an Atlantic circuit and would love any comments on my choice of boat. I've had a Sadler 24 before which I found dark and slow.

Somewhat unusual choice if you are buying specifically for bluewater sailing. No doubt would be safe but it is a lightish displacement, lightly ballasted coastal cruiser with a large masthead rig for good sailing performance in light airs. On the other hand good accommodation and finish. Very different design concept from your Sadler - which is slow and dark because it is small. A Sadler 34 would give you all the extra speed and space plus proven bluewater credentials for similar money (or less).
