dud mufflers, or ?

i am new to OBs for RIBS

just got some mufflers to rinse out the OB
they need a lot of hand pressure to force the water into the bottom part of the engine, where the slots are
else it is not pumped up and out

in the water i get a good flow out of the cooling exhaust, so i guess i have a dud / cheap muffler ?

What ob? A great many now have flushing points that you just connect hose fitting to and turn on tap and system is flushed.

ha, yes i saw billyblob.

my OB does not have a fitting quite like that, but there is one stub which is closed off ....

shall take a pic and post it.
