There was an article about this ( drying out alongside a wall ) in a recent Practical Boat Owner.

Piles at Bucklers Hard was mentioned. First-come-first-served I seem to remember. Sorry I can't be of more help but the wife "tidied up" that issue ....

Closest to you is the scrubbing posts at Hardway, just up the harbour past what was Campers marina
Either Hardway sailing club or Hardway marine will sort you out - there is a decent pub nearby or the SC has a bar. With your draft you should be alright at neaps - Hardway marine have a chart and will tell you - they are nice people and very helpful

Wicor marine at Portchester (Portsmouth) have a drying grid against their long jetty.. very easy to get on and off. I moor there, ( Wicor) and have used the grid once to change a sea cock.

You would have to ring the office 01329 237112. to book, although its not that often in use. I'm afraid I cant remember the price.

At least two places on the Hamble, one at Hamble village Hard, lie against two piles, I have done this - its good and easy, second place is on the west bank pretty far up the river not far below the Jolly Sailor (? I think that is the pub's name) - same sort of thing, using piles. Run by the harbour master, used to be on a "first come, first served basis", first 24 hours free.

As BlueMan suggests, you can indeed dry against the wall at Newport(IOW). Go beyond the pontoons (which are only suitable for bilge-keelers) and pick any place before the bridge on port (East) side. Gravely and reasonably firm base. You should have ample time neaps or springs. About £10/night, good showers, and minutes from Newport town centre. Hbr Mr will provide boards if needed.

There are postcards and laminated place settings on sale in Lymington of my Elizabethan 30 on the slip wall after re-antifouling from 20 years ago and STILL on sale now in Lymington. Unfortunately I'm in the pic also, wearing my best bottom painting duds and bum to the lens! I never did find the photographer to claim royalties. In a simlar vein SWMBO in skimpy bikini on our last boat a Westerly 33 appears in postcards of the marina at St Peter Port.
