dry fry pan

The June 2002 YM contains an article on French Island hopping.
In the article a dry fry pan is discussed (page72) for bread making etc.
Anyone know where I can purchase one and do they work?!

Any heavy (e.g. cast iron or 5mm stainless steel) pan that is well seasoned and kept well seasoned (I don't mean salt and pepper) will happily dry fry

Sorry to bother you with this but I don't know how to post a thread so have hijacked yours for my own selfish needs

I love my sailing but am looking for something more adventurours
