Dreams of summer, where to go

Its March allmost spring.
I was just wondering where to go, kind of half a plan not realy fluffed out yet. Still in the very early stages of passage plan.

So I thought Id ask were do you intend to sail this season and thought it would be interesting to see how may of us make the trips or head of on some other direction as the whim takes.

For me Departing Portland for San Juan islands and Vancouver Island. About the begining of June. Then who knows, round the island? or up to Haida Gwaii? I like lonly places, but I also like warm pubs with nice localy brewed beer.

With a bit of luck might get a bit of sailing in on the Westcoast near Crinnan in the fall.

Seattle has a nice nature reserve opposite then off to Friday harbor, Roach harbor then off to Vancouvre Island on the inner passage........ Now if you ask about Crinan on here most will think of Scotland and I think that may just be a little bit too far for a summer cruise..... Well maybe not

For Crinnan I have to fly. My siter and her husband keep thier boat nearby and sometimes take me sailing if I'm in vicinity. It would be a nice voyage to make one day tough to do in one summer

No not yet. But I like to frequent used book shops and will keep an eye out.
