Some interesting stuff, but as it was for a US audience (Nat. Geo. production) it had been dumbed down with lots of repetition in case you had forgotten everything during the advert break.

It was not as good as I had hoped, and fell asleep around half way through. I agree there was a fair bit of repetition. I would be very interested in a U.K. version, but it would probably only reveal mountains of shopping trolleys!
