DPE lift rams refurbish - how much hydraulic fluid and

have ordered the seal kit, freed off the caps, got a removal tool.

how much fluid will this take to fill up again ?

any one know how tight the internal nuts at the end of the internal rams might be ?
socket set and screwdriver through the hole at the other end and just undo it ?

any other tips very welcome
