DP 290 anodes

I just changed the ring anode today and can also see where the big "block" anode goes (it doesn't need changed). But, I also received 2 triangular anodes but cannot see where they should be fitted. Where do they go? All help appreciated.

Think you may have ordered the wrong 'kit'. The kit that I get has the ring anode and the 'block' one which you describe

The cheese (triangle) anodes are only fitted on older 290 drives. Can't remember from which model they weren't needed. No doubt volvopaul or spannerman will be along soon to enlighten us.

I think I have the same legs as you on my 290 there are 2 triangular anodos on the framework of each leg, looks like they are drilled and tapped into a corner gusset

Hi,
Med based so saltier and warm water increasing electrolosis effects etc.
Triangle anodes were retro fitted to my legs to help.They do seem to fizz off annually.
Bar anode seems to just sit there for ever.
Rings go annually.
