Douglas Marine (Italy) - any views on their products?

I am in Italy and looking for an anchor chain swivel/straightener. The only one I can source locally is manufactured by Douglas Marine (an Italian company not to be confused with the UK one). It looks to be well engineered but I am wondering if anyone has any experience of their products?

Are not Kong and Osculati both Italian? There is a write up on both of those on Vyv Cox's site. I don't think Douglas Marine gets many mentions on here.

I was sold these springs when in Portomaso Marina, Malta, for a couple of years. The surges in winter are extreme, and these springs did the trick. Solid as a rock, and they might even still be on the boat, which is now in The Pacific.

Just for info. Further investigation indicates that the anchor straighteners marketed by Osculati are actually manufactured by Douglas Marine. I thought they looked the same! Have just purchased one.
