Doubling up on shaft anodes?

Shafts should be connected to your main anodic protection system anyway shouldn't they?

My boat is currently on the hard, and one of my checks when the new anodes are fitted is checking continuity between shafts, anodes, rudders and bathing platform.[/QUOT

Before you mention H28 Fairey Fast, yes I saw she has now been fitted with shaft anodes, which all seems a little bizarre as propellers were originally chrome plated in order to squeeze the last knot out of her, certainly not fitted during restoration.

Now the price has become far more sensible now makes other H28's on the market seem over priced, agreed fab boat.

apparently yard in Holland fitted the shaft anodes.
