dopes anybody recognise this small runabout?

This 17' craft is possibly late 70's.
Don't know if the bow rail is original but it fits the bow well.
At one time it had a powered roof attached to the two aluminium rails thatv run down the side top.

I have researched Owens boats and i agree it is definitely an owens.
There is one on the net almost identical.
