Looking for a door lock for a sunseeker Tomohawk. does any body know the bestplace to get them for internal doors?

as i'm a tight git and like petty things....

i bought my door lock (heads) from wickes... it's a fancy brass affair with an "engaged/vacant" panel.... i wanted this type as i can lock the door from the outside to stop it popping open if it's a bit rough.

about a tenner.

don't know if it'll fit the T hawk tho'

These guys at http://www.schwepper.com make nice stuff for marine use which I have used on new builds. Not sure who would represent them in your part of the world but if you like it no doubt an email to them would get some advice.

email me a pic of what you have. i'll pop in to sunseeker and see what they suggest.

i'll PM the email as it's a work one.

Re: From that site....

Hi Woofie

The first one is for tying chairs down so they don't run away - fits between chair and floor and the tubular thing is a bottle screw (that is how I understand they are fitted as I have never seen one used).

The second is for opening and closing shutters or deadlights when out of reach (such as overhead) - just a handle for push/pulling.

The catalogues are intriguing with lots and lots of uncommon bits and pieces. It is mainly the door hardware that I have seen and it is nicely made.
