Domestic Water Supply

I seem to be a bit slow!!!??? Or my water pump does, when we run the tap after a while the water will stop then 10 to 15 seconds later I'll hear the pump and the water will blast out. Then will run consistantly until we finished using the water. Any ideas what the course might be or is it just the cold???

How full are your tanks? I get that problem when one tank is empty.

It does get worse when the tank get empty.

MAYBE a bit of both???
Perhaps the top is frozen and sucking what water is left beneath???? Shot in the dark????
