Domestic water pump stuttering

Our pretty new jabsco has started stuttering. In other words when you turn the tap off after use, it pulses about 10 times before stopping. No sign of leaks and there is a accumulator in the circuit although it had a cracked top that I had to seal with sika a few years ago so I can’t bleed or repressure it. Do I need a new accumulator?

That is not typical behaviour of a system without an accumulator. I suspect a poor connection at the pressure sensor. Try giving it a wiggle.

YES! Definitely as yours seems to be ineffective.
