Any recommendations for good dog life jacket.
Or does anyone have one for sale.

Puppy is 14 weeks old and obviously going to grow, so no doubt will need to get larger one in due course.

I always took my retriever on the boat whilst on the Upper Thames, she swam very naturally! Couldn't keep her out of the water! Gave me a fright more than once by leaping for the shore and missing ending in between the boat and a concrete wall!

Simply falling in the water is probably one of the lesser hazards of dogs on boats on rivers. Attracting the attention of aggressive swans and (as Medskipper saya) a tendency to jump for shore at just the wrong moment (especially in locks) are high on the list.

That said - I've always had Crewsaver dog life jackets. Well made - they come in a really good range of sizes with big grab handles for retrieving the dog which is actually far more important a safety feature than the buoyancy they provide.
