Does anyone know what this fitting is?

Hi all, I have a 2003 Jeanneau Leader 805 that has a couple of Bimini tensioners that connect onto these fittings which are on the windscreen top rail, I've cleaned them up a few times but now need replacing, as it works well I'd like just to replace this fitting but can't find any, does anyone have any ideas?
