Does anyone know this boat? “Flying high” PH38?

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone knows this boat, it is the cheapest on the U.K. market at 100k.
I assume it needs a bit of money spending on it but maybe make a good buy? it has the facelift 2001 model windows and ec controls I believe.

Any advice appreciated
