Does anyone know Alex or Ernie Rowe?

I want to get back in touch with Ernie Rowe , whom I sailed with about 35 years ago in 505 dinghies at Helensburgh. He might have a son, Alex. Please help me trace if you can.

Frankly, I havn't seen Ernie for 30 years, so I wouldn't recognise him. He was a Lt/Commander in the RN, and went to work for Plessey around 1970. Any help?
