Does a wing keel starlight dry out upright?

I know of one that did on several occasions but not with certainty, and the owner bought Yacht Legs to make certain.

Not a Starlight but I have a wing keel Sadler 34 which dries out convincingly on flattish and smoothish ground. I would be very nervous if the ground was at all steeply angled or very irregular such as boulders. Fortunately I have telescopic yacht legs which make the whole process of drying out fairly tranquil.

The yacht is believed to have suffered steering failure and the crew managed to fix it before they floated off.
