obviously I wish not to mention names. In June 1997 I purchased My pride and joy from a broker in the Southampton. I offered quite a bit less than the asking price, My offer was accepted and I transfered the money to the brokers account that day. Five days later my haulage contactor delivered the boat to Coleraine. I was, and still am more than pleased with my boat especially since I threw away the old v8's and installed a pair of kad32 dp's. but I cannot get a reciept or indeed I have no official proof of purchase for the craft, except proof of a cash transfer to the brokers account. I have faxed. phoned and emailed without any success. I presume that a solicitors letter would wake them up but why should I have to take that road. is there a governing body who could ring up the broker and tell them how naughty they are and they should buck themselves up.

wakey wakey Colin

Are they members of the BMIF. Could have a word with them too. Name and shame them if they don't play ball with you. http://www.bmif.co.uk
