When out on your boats big or small,
they all have covers ,
well most have covers,
OK some have covers,
[wonderfully how you could argue with yourself over something silly like trying to be PC over the fact that not all peeps have covers ]

Any way back to what I was saying or trying to say,
Sorry just been Xmas shopping and am now almost brain deadhead.
What was it again,..........

Oh YES covers

Right point is, when if you wash them , what do you use, other than water, and will this stop those ever so fetching black/ brown/grey streaks [ being sarcastic here] that seem to greet you on arrival at what Was your ever so clean boat when you left it.[well that what you tell everyone]

And has anyone found other than Vaseline, [yes there is a clean reason for carrying it on board and do not tell me you were not thinking of another reason , because I will not believe you /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif]
A good thing to make it easy to get the covers off those little pointy bit, that alway snag something your wearing, [Am I glad they don't do those Popper shirts anymore /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif]
Right so has anyone found something that works ???

No took me ages to do that post. but the advantage of talking to oneself stuff in brackets is you can normally get an answer and you understand it. Going to hide keyboard before I dig myself a greater hole than I already have. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

I use a teflon/oil product for zips and poppers/studs and boat cover cleaner spray for the covers. Hot water is the key to cleaning most things as most detergent products fail to activate unless heated. Not a lot of people know that.
