Do Motor Boat Owners Need Occasional Crew?

Thinking about what I wanted to do next season (or this winter).
I have my Coastal Skipper qual for sailing. PB2 and safetyboat so have plenty of experience of ribs etc.
Zero experience of larger MoBo's which I thought might be fun to rectify.
So do owners of 35ft plus boats ever need crew for occasional day trips or weekends?
All thoughts / suggestions welcome

Speaking personally. I would find it very inconvenient to go out without at least one crew to manage the lines getting in and out of my berth. No crew is really needed once under way as I can manage the anchor etc from the helm, but that extra pair of eyes and hands is indispensable and to date I have never solo'd. Can it be done, sure. WOuld you want too though is probably more pertinent to your particular berth.

I have spent the last two summers single handing around the Norfolk coast in my 32' Freeman. I have no issues with single handing in and out of harbours ect, but would welcome the company and extra pair of hands.
If you fancy it next year, give me a shout. I have no firm plans for next year but would like to do Holland or France, perhaps including tidal Thames. Or go north from the Wash to Hull and rivers inland. I aim to set sail in mid July and be back ashore or August bank holiday.
No frills cruising, I'll pay the diesel, a contribution towards food and beer welcome!!!
