Do Halfords do an oil filter for KAD43

I've got a FRAM number PH2829 which is the equivalent for my KAD43 oil filter but it would be handy to be able to buy from Halfords.

when i looked once before they didn't.

check the size of the filter. the physical size of the ones at halfords are all too small.

Surely the best place to buy this is from your local motor factor.
Any decent sized trading estate worth its salt will have at least one.We have three and you can buy anything available at Halfrauds for considerably less.Have just paid under 9.00 pounds for 40AQD oil filter from a reputable manufacturer.

KAD 300 Volvo Parts

Just checked my VollyP book and Air filters,Oil Filters,Fuel filters,are all the same for 42,43,44,and 300`s.

43's use Unipart GFE2133 / Fram 4365 air filters to fit Volvo 240/260/340/360 2.0 B200K engines.

Fuel filters are Unipart GFE5304 / Halfords HFF205 Volvo 740 turbo diesel.

Injectors are Bosch KBAL72P23 (08412) FWIW.

Kompressor belt....... Contitech ContiV multirib 6PK1200 £16.00

Circulation pump belt...... Contitech ContiV multirib 7PK920 £20

Halfords Air filter for a KAD 44 is a HAF237 around £9

FRAM's part number for the oilfilter is PH2829

much the same, AFAIK. The KAD32 is just a KAD42 wit two pots sawn off one end.

Yes the pump and belt are on the stbd engine. Think this is fairly common

Said beforehand. Take the bit to the local truck factor. "One of these please" May be about 25% of the VP cost, +VAT. Get your oil there, get them to do injectors and pumps. All very competitive if you are prepared to do some DIY.

Volvo aren't too bad on filters, I've just bought 2 oil filters for my AD31's same as KAD42's etc.. I believe, they were only £6 each, secondary fuel filters were only £9 each all from a Volvo main dealer.
