The Honwave T27 that came with my boat when purchased 3 years ago has finally expired. It has had very little use and spent most of its' life sat on snap davits getting in the way. With SIBS being so close is it worth waiting or are prices pretty much in line with those available on the internet ?

I do feel a degree of urgency to replace it sooner rather than later as, rightly or wrongly, I see it almost as a first route of escape as I think it is faster to get into it than the life raft..........

Are there bargains to be had ?

In answer to your question, not any more.

You get all the best deals on the internet.

Honwave was certainly not new when I bought my 'new to me' boat. I have no idea how old it is......probably 10 years ish.

Sorry my misunderstanding.

I think boat show deals exist to a point from the vendors that are present.

A few years ago cactus had some good deals which were funded by the manufacturer ( I tried to change the package and they told me the manualfactuer offered it and they could not substitute )

The challenge I suppose it it is only The vendors present and 10 min on line will prob get you the same or better deal
