Managed to get both props tangled up with a buoy line in Swanage Bay today. Props cut the line and i drifted towards Swanage Pier fearing i was going to drift umderneath.
However, with skillfull use of boathook and my flat fender which i always keep close to hand
i managed to fend off a wooden pillar and somehow drift towards the floating pontoon attached to the Pier. Managed to tie up to the pontoon with the help of a Greek tourist
who took my mooring line.
Lots of divers around and in no time one offered to sort out the mess at the props. Ten minutes and all tickety boo. He did not want any reward but if he emails his address i will certainly do the right thing.
All my fault -but a big thank you to the diver and the diving community.
