Displacement Anyone?

Having sold my Hardy Mariner I'm looking for day/weekender displacement cruiser to chug about the rivers, estuaries and coast around South Devon. I like the Plymouth Pilot 24 weekender but they seem far and few between and don't seem to come up for sale very often. I want an overnight cabin, separate heads, small galley and ideally a bilge keel. I would ideally like something post 2000 so not too old unless it was it in exceptional condition (no projects or old fishing boats). I've got up to 35k to spend on the right boat but finding one is proving difficult they seem to be all sub 10k or 50k plus.

Any ideas gratefully received.

How about something like a Beneteau Antares 760?
Semi-displacement, keel, shaft drive inboard (prop protected by keel).
