Thought I would record our experiences here to date as the info seems to change quite rapidly. We did our best to 'read up' but were still not sure what to do or expect.
We motored into the marina in the Bassin Saint Gervais with little idea of what to do next.
We were directed by the marina manager to contact Christophe who speaks good english and works for Lamanage Rouen who now occupy the 'Mole central' and whose office is just 100 m from the marina, They have a ship hoist at the end of the mole and there is a small crane mounted on the ship lift so they no longer have to rely on their big cranes over the other side of the dock.
You can contact them in advance at activiteplaisance@lamanage-rouen.fr or call 023571 9831 to book in advance.
The actual marina here is fine and cheap. Not exactly in the centre of things but shops and eateries in 10 mins walk.
We got up here in 12 hours from le havre at 8kn most of the way but reducing as we lost the tide.
Hope this is of help if you are coming this way.
