disgusting pets on boats...

no I don't mean hlb !! my dog loves jumping in the dingy to go to a beach, this summer he quick as a flash leaped off the front of the dingy on to a very crowded summer beach, what does he do, what a dog does best ?? leap's off at speed and pee's on the kids cloths on the beach.

I offered to wash the soiled items, and i really must say the mother took it very well. very good job he is a small (westie) dog i thought. we also then saw the sign that you would see immediately, if you had arrived on the beach by any other way than a boat - £500 fine for dogs on the beach.

so what have your pets done ????????/

My collie x peed on the judges leg at the canine capers during Alderney week and the judge didnt even notice. We nearly peed ourselves with laughter watching.

Apart from going sitting in the dinghy on the davits every time there was an arguement or the sea got rough. My dogs never did anything nasty on boats or beach. It's always been other folk dogs that have recked the place, aint it Long John.../forums/images/icons/smile.gif

took my old lab to Poole quay, just where all the yachties raft up, all warps nicely tied to the big bollards, well my old dog liked to to what he did best from height, using his height advantage he backed up to the bollard and carefuly layed his walnut whip right on the top, Im sure he was laughing as he walked away. For our part we quickly disowned him as you do, but Ive always admired his style!!!

Flo's a black and tan Jack Russell bitch, got her yesterday. She and Buster are playing well so no problems so far. Also not much mess, every time I've put her out she's done what she's supposed to. Only one puddle in the house today! Will probably introduce her to the boat tomorrow.
