My inflatable (PVC) has a rip in it. I have bought a repair kit and the instructions say it must be used with temps between 18 and 25 degrees. Temps unknown in this land for some time since.

May I ask how critical this range is? What are the risks is doing when more cool? Or is it just a longer drying time than the stated 12 hours. I don't have anywhere I can bring inside.

Getting frustrated!

On the bright side I was out on Sunday - F6 - lovely and restoring until the afternoon rain.

Polymarine just say "warm and dry" in the pdf on the website http://www.polymarine.com/pdfs/RepairingTubesPVC.pdf

Warm with a hair dryer perhaps?

Sounds a very strange temp range I must say...
I've just repaired a hole and a split in our inflatable in temperatures of around 12c, no problems both are now fixed.
