This happen yesterday in Thorpe Bay, Southend.
Statements only say a dinghy capsized and possibly thought to be attempting to board a moored boat.
Does anyone have any more information, was it a tender to the moored boat or a sailing dinghy.
The gentlemen were in their 70s.
Were they wearing lifejackets - although the water must have been very cold.
Sad -just before Xmas. My thoughts are with their families.
