Digital temperature controller

Hi, has any idea how to set up this great thermostat from China, I bought it to control my fridge, however it came without setting instructions I have tried pressing the buttons and managed to get it to turn the relay on and off but still not ready to install it the model number is WH9002A name on it iis WILLHI. I have contacted the seller who very promptly sent me a massive email but afraid the instructions are not easy if at all helpful.

To adjust you simply press one button and the scroll the setting up if down to the temp reqd.
