Digital Magazine versions - do you like them - and can I get PBO and YM for free?

Just been mailed with three free issues of Sailing Today, Digital versions with an upgrade to hard copy for £1. Trouble is to get the hard copies I have to take a subscription and then I get the three free issues. I don't like digital magazines so I feel a bit short changed that this special offer isn't really that special.

I have a YM and PBO hard copy subscription. Does anyone know if I qualify for free digital versions? I might try to get used to it!

Yes. But they are only available on tablets, and are about half a gigabyte so you can't keep many of them as archives. You can transfer them page by page to a PC, but it's tedious.

At least Sailing Today's digital versions are nice, standard pdfs and not proprietary closed format.
