Digital Editions to Motor Boat and Yachting

Does anyone else have issues with the ipad edition for mby .

I have spoken 4 times to their help desk which I think is based offshore somewhere . ( I can just about understand the accent )

The problem is despite my efforts it keeps asking me to pay for new downloads even though I subscribe to th eprint edition so I assume they should be free.

I have tried deleting the app and reloading with no success.

Any ideas ??

In the tool bar at the very top of the page, on the right hand side there is "Notifications". Click this. You will see "inbox". Click this, and you will get a box a box with "My Messages". Now click "Send new message". This will bring up a page with the address at the top. Type in Hugo or Jack, and you should find their forum name. Pop in the title, then text, and send. Good luck��
