Different capacity house batteries.

Looking to add another house battery into the system. Currently there are 1 engine start and 2 house batteries. The house ones are 100Ah each total 200Ah. I would like to add a 140Ah in parallel to the house batteries giving a total of 340Ah. Would the alternator charge all house batteries to their full capacity 100+100+140 or only to the capacity of the lowest battery 100Ah giving a maximum capacity of 300Ah.

Have been thinking along the same lines of adding a third battery in parallel to the existing two 120Ah batteries. What would be the best way to wire them together?
