Never used it myself, but have studied stuff like this as used to sell nutritional products. Recent tests have proven faster speed to optimum body efficiency - i.e. running, cycling - getting to peak performance faster than without the stuff and other tests have proven, or at least strongly indicated a steady improvement in LBM (body mass, or bulking up). I only have a little knowledge of supplements because of past business so take some advice from local health club instructor first... perhaps. Roy

Hi.

I have used and read about Creatine before when weight training over the years... from what I remember. Creatine is a concentrated form of a chemical found in red meat. It pushes water into your muscles and is designed to make u bigger and reduce the build up of lactic acid whilst training therefore allowing you to train longer and harder. I also recall reading that it is quite hard for the body to break it down and if you do not use it as part of a training diet (i.e no boozing as well) it can be quite hard on the kidneys.

I am no expert so doing a search on google is probably ur best bet.

Cheers
Nick
