Diesel Tank Advice

My boat has two quite large fuel tanks and, with two small children, we are not exactly doing high mileages. Is it better to keep the tanks full and carry the weight around or run them low? Keeping them full will avoid condensation but I guess the fuel must deteriorate with age?

My understanding is that diesel deteriorates very little with age. I've dumped some five or six year old stuff in a car with no problems..

Condensation should not matter if you have good fuel filtering.
