Diesel Heater Webasto making a weird noise like willing to start but doesn't

Hello all!

I have a heater diesel aboard, a Webasto Thermal Top C, that is making a weird noise like willing to start but doesn't.

Any ideas? I don't know where to start.

Page 602 describes how to reset the burner lockout after three unsuccessful ignition attempts
I couldn't hear the click/clack of the fuel pump in your video, worth locating and making sure it is working before trying the lockout reset.
