Diesel generator engineer recommendation Orwell/Stour area

Still not fixed my fuel issue on our Fischer panda generator. Was wondering if there were any recommendations for a diesel generator engineer around the river Orwell/Stour area?
I tried Seapowermarine but apparently they're too busy to talk..

I'm pretty busy and wouldn't be able to fit electrical work in immediately, but i have a top mechanic that works with me that i could get to look at the generator.
