I saw that, a very interesting thread, it will be interesting to see what the anouncement is next week from the Goverment.
However from my own selfish point of view and as I don't think I'm going to go sea next year due to the increased costs. My boat holds enough fuel for at least 2 years river cruising so i'm not too worried for a while. I don't have any legit domestic consumption anyway so all the arguments seem a bit pointless really. I bet most of the peeps arguing for an increased percentage only use a couple of gallons a year in their eberspachers anyway. I think it only came about to satisfy the liveaboard NB's and was never really intended for sea-going vessels.
