Anyone cruising to Guernsey may be interested in filling up at St Sampsons, I filled up with 2100 litres on Monday and paid 41p ltr, very happy with that! For regulars there, be aware that the tanker drivers are not allowed down onto the pontoon so you have to climb the vertical ladder twice, once to complete the new H&S form before filling up, and then again to pay. The hose is very heavy and cumbersome, so if like us, you have more than one tank to fill, it can be quite hard work, but the savings make it well worthwhile.

Seriously? We are there now. I paid about £0.9 at Portishead at the weekend.

I have a Rubis account but when I phoned I was told the price then was 45.37, they've always included the discount when I've spoken to them in the past.
