We are hoping to set up a webb site for all RLM owners as there appears to never of been one according to MBM.
We are interested in the history of RLM,did you work there or know someone that did?
Does anyone know what RLM stand for? some say Royal London Marine but I do not think so.
We know they were built in Chertsey from about 1972 to 1982 so there must be some ex workers around, did they unfortunatly go bankrupt or close down?
My own RLM27 has no build number, was it secretly put somewhere?and I only identified the built date through the excellent service of Perkins Engines service department at Peterborough, who identified the engines through the serial numbers
Can anyone throw any light on the subject please
