I've just had a thought
I think I made a provisional arrangement to meet up with somebody in Dover on the weekend of the 23rd/24th of May on our way to foreign lands and I have to confess that I can't remember the who, what or why, only the when and where!
And I've rather gorn and arranged to be somewhere else that weekend*, delaying our departure from Fambridge until the Monday and therefore throwing our plans into the bin (we'll still be heading for foreign parts but to where and via where and when will be a case of seeing which way the wind is blowing!)
Can whoever it was get in touch so I can a> apologies personally and b> try and make an alternative arrangement!
* the somewhere else being nowhere at all as we'll be staying at our home port for the weekend to participate in the Fambridge River Festival
