Dewalt 18v battery adaptor

If you own Dewalt 18v cordless tools with the old type plug-in batteries you will be pleased to know that an adapter is available so that you can use the latest slide-on batteries. Genuine 18v Dewalt batteries (old type) are no longer available and my experience with non OEM batteries has not been good.
Dewalt sell an adapter ref DCA1820 at £113.78 which seems an excessive price but I purchased a pattern manufacture by "Bomai" thru Amazon for £15.99. All of my old 18v Dewalt tools so far have worked fine using this adapter.

I don't know if Amazon operates in South Africa , I just google Amazon Uk then in the search box enter "DCA1820" which is the genuine Dewalt Part No. In the UK, Amazon lists an assortment including the genuine Dewalt part & several pattern manufactures. I chose "Bomai"
