Fully Deployed Life Raft found in San Blas Islands
Cruiser Micheal Rosner, currently in Guna Yala, San Blas Islands, Panama reported to Seven Seas Cruising Association (SSCA) Radio Service “KPK” that a fully deployed life raft has been discovered by Guna fisherman near the island of Miriadadup, in the Central Holandes, floating up side down on 19 February, 2016. There have been no distress calls heard by vessels in these Islands.
The raft was manufactured by Sea Safe Systems, Ltd., Mariners House, Mariners Way

The model of the raft is PL-6
The Serial Number is 0450
Date of Manufacture: 01/2015
The Aeronaval Panama (507) 520-6018 and the Port Captain Aparicio Lopez (507) 6985-1384 have been notified by the people in the San Blas Islands. (note the second number does have 8 digits).
I have e-mailed the manufacturer of the Life Raft and provided them with these specifics. They do not have a regular e-mail address. All e-mail must be sent via their web site.
US Coast Guard was notified of these details.
