Second Test, Adelaide: Australia (552-9 dec) beat England (342 & 159) by an innings and 51 runs - whatever that means ;)

Come off it!

I can't believe beating the POMs doesn't even get a couple of lines in the middle pages of the Australian. And you couldn't even find it out on the internet?
Mind you, it's small beer over here, too, and doesn't compare with thrashing all three Southern Hemisphere nations at Twickers.

THE BIG NEWS IS THAT FULHAM BEAT LIVERPOOL.

Re: Come off it!

Yes - when you hear scores like 53-3 you are never quite sure whether it is the English Rugby team or Cricket team!

Re: not the English Ruby team..

.. at least not this year.... there up for a Southern Hemisphere sweep.. lol;).. go for it boys

Re: not the English Ruby team..

But it was the English Rubgy team - a 50 point win over South Africa is quite an achievement.

I reckon they should try Johnny Wilkinson opening the batting for the Cricket Team - he couldn't do worse than the current incumbants.

Re: not the English Ruby team..

I reckon the Rugby team (league or union) could play better cricket than the official english cricket team.. lol.. not that I know anything about cricket mind you...
