Dried out today here to change Depth Sounder transducer and change out anodes if required. Noticed sailing club people very friendly towards eveybody and atmosphere in general very good - most relaxing day. In the evening whilst waiting for the water to return was entertained by the large wedding going on oppposite. Bride arrival by helicopter and private 5 plane air show over the water for the reception.Great aerobatics at low level stalling and prop hanging - better than any i've seen at airshows. My sympathay to anybody with daughters expecting similar must have cost a bomb.

It was the local farmers son getting married. These farmers have it so tough you know!

I remember putting the regimental Conti 32 against the end of the quay, much appreciated by the crew who after a heavy session in the pub could literally fall into their bunks!

But be careful Brian - admitting to drying out might leave you persona non grata around here . . .
